Diesel Prices See Dip After 10 Week Hike

National averages for diesel fuel fell by half a cent, marking a decrease for the first time since January 16th. Prices fell in all regions except the East Coast, where prices remained at an average of $4.190 a gallon.  The West Coast saw the biggest dip, with prices dropping 1.3 cents to $4.42 a gallon.  However, the national average of $4.142 a gallon is 16.6 cents higher from what it was a year ago.
